Just two years ago, working alongside Sen. Glenneda Zuiderveld, the Idaho Freedom Foundation uncovered a shocking truth: the IDHW was unlawfully distributing millions in grants and openly defying legislative bans.
They even funneled nearly half a million dollars above what was appropriated, deliberately designing programs that spent more than what lawmakers had authorized. This blatant disregard for the law and your tax dollars was outrageous.
In partnership with Sen. Zuiderveld, we exposed our findings and took our hard evidence to Attorney General Labrador. And we’re ecstatic to report: He just secured a unanimous Idaho Supreme Court victory, affirming his authority to investigate these gross misuses of your hard-earned money!
